THE OVERVIEW

Fire Compliance Services Ltd (FCS) is a Birmingham-based fire protection company, founded in 2015 and operating from Coleshill. The business delivers fire safety and electrical compliance services across the Midlands.

FCS supports residential and commercial property managers with services including fire alarms, emergency lighting, fire doors, risk assessments, and EICR testing.

Known for its quality-driven approach, the company is accredited by BAFE, NICEIC, SafeContractor, and ISO 9001, ensuring high standards of safety, technical expertise, and full fire compliance.

The Challenge

As FCS continued to grow and expand its service offering, the demand for accurate, compliant fire safety drawings increased significantly. Providing clear and consistent fire alarm zone plans and technical documentation became essential to maintaining service quality and meeting regulatory requirements.
