Our supportive culture is something we’re proud of at QDOS, and we make sure everyone feels confident when asking questions and developing at their own pace. Michal has worked closely with Jacob, Head of Training and Development, throughout his journey.

Michal shared his experience of the training:

“Training has been very good with Jacob; he explains things well and makes stuff easier to understand. All other members of staff are very happy to help too”

Now that he’s fully qualified, Michal will continue to play an important role within the CAD team. He is now able to work on any of the jobs we complete here at QDOS, as he has covered all CAD fundamentals, developed advanced CAD skills, and completed fire alarm device layouts training, resulting in the ability to deliver complete drawings for large projects independently.
